General Information:

Business Hours: The office is open Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.  The warehouse is open Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.  We are closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Fourth of July, and Thanksgiving.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your level of service or a product, please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization.

How to Order: You can order by phone at 216-631-6200 and speak to a member of our sales team.  Additionally, you can send requests via email to jwynne@valvepros.com or tmac@valvepros.com.  A sales team member you have been in touch with will gladly assist you in placing an order.  For immediate assistance or any technical questions, we encourage you to call.

Payment Options: For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

  • Open Accounts (must have submitted and approved credit references)
  • Credit Cards (we accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover)
  • Check (written out to Automated Valve & Equipment Co.)
  • C.O.D.
  • Cash

Minimum Orders: We kindly ask that all orders requiring billing have a minimum of $25.00.  This is an effort to minimize the cost of doing business by both parties.  There is no minimum on any order paid for via cash or check.

Freight: All items not quoted AVE stock will have an additional freight charge that will be added at the time of billing.  If you wish to have delivered pricing with freight included, please specify that to your salesperson at the time of the quote.  Freight is contingent on all materials being brought in, assessed either by a third party or the manufacturer.

Price Increases:  AVE will do our best to notify/advertise price increases we are aware of in advance; however, due to the fluctuation of raw materials prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax: By law, it is required to charge applicable local and state sales tax unless we have a tax-exempt certificate on file in our office.  Please advise us of your tax exemption on your order.

Opening an Account: To open an account with us, call a member of our sales team at 216-631-6200.

Documentation: MSD’s (material safety data sheets), and C of C’s (certificate of conformance) are available upon request.  MTR’s (material test reports) are also available for a fee.  You must specify at the time of order the documents you would like to receive with your shipments.

Order Cancellation: If for some reason you need to cancel an order, contact a sales team member.  Items ordered from the factory are subject to a cancellation cost or may not be cancelled.  We must obtain permission from the factory.  Please be sure to communicate your needs as soon as possible so we can help the situation as best we can.

Quotes: This is a quotation.  Prices are valid for (30) days from date of quote.  AVE is not responsible for delays resulting from acts of nature or third-party issues.  All goods/materials are quoted Freight on Board shipping point (FOB shipping point) unless otherwise specified AVE stock.  

Acknowledgements: AVE is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers or any other third parties.  Returned items are subject to restock charges.  Items returned after 30 business days may not be returnable/may not be eligible for full credit.  Used items are not returnable and all returns are subject to AVE or factory review. 

Invoices: PAST DUE INVOICES ARE SUBJECT TO 2% LATE CHARGE FOR EVERY 30 DAYS PAST THE ORIGINAL INVOICE DUE DATE.  AVE does not warrant using materials/goods in an application outside of their intended use.  Inbound freight charges may be added/billed separately.  Standard terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed upon prior to sale.
